Cancellation and refund policy

When an order can be cancelled, and how we handle exceptions.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled before preparation starts — contact us with your order reference.

Once preparation has started an order cannot be cancelled, particularly made-to-order dishes.

If something is missing or incorrect, contact us the same day with your order reference and a photo if possible.

Online payment is not enabled, so no monetary refunds occur in preview mode. The final refund process is confirmed when payment is activated.
